Description
- 1) Pour ultra-heat treated milk or unskimmed milk (preferably 3. 5% fat) into a container suitable for hob or microwave. The liquid should not reach the brim of the container. Heat the mild without bringing it to the boil, or use very cold milk (approx. 4 ? C).
