COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL
Wood variety: oak (floorboard)
Quality:
I grade - four sides clean without defects - knots, sapwood, heartwood and other defects are not allowed. Single fresh knots
up to 5mm are allowed, located no closer than 10mm from the edges of the board.
II Grade - fresh knots up to 20mm are permissible, as well as hard black ones up to 8mm, located no closer than 15mm from
the edges of the board and sapwood up to 30% of the board width. Core and other defects are not allowed.
III grade - fresh, light knots up to 35mm are acceptable, as well as black firm ones up to 25mm, located no closer than
10mm from the edges of the board. Sapwood is permissible up to 50% of the board width on both sides, but not more than
30% of the total number of boards supplied. Core and other defects are not allowed.
IV Grade - permissible fresh, intergrown knots up to 60mm, black solid and also rotten tobacco - up to 30mm and a
maximum of up to 2 pieces per 1 board. All knots should be located no closer than 10mm from the edges of the board - the
edges are clean. One fresh (not black) branch with a diameter of up to 40mm, can go to the edge of the board. Healthy
sapwood is allowed without restrictions. A one - sided sporadic core is also permissible on one side of the board and always
with a sawn center. Ingrown bark is allowed on one side of the board up to a maximum of 200mm in length and 3mm in
width in an amount of 2 pieces.
1p grade - single fresh knots up to 10mm are permissible, located no closer than 10mm from the edges of the board, as well
as a solid, healthy subpair. Sapwood, heartwood and other defects are not allowed.
Rot, wormholes, cracks of all kinds, changes in natural color (mold, fungus, etc. ), curvature of annual fibers - oblique, frost
rings, mechanical damage (nails, slings, bullets, etc. ), wane in all higher these varieties are unacceptable. The section of the
assortment must be rectangular; it is also required to maintain the dimensions and correct geometric shapes.
