Molasses

Molasses is the product that we get from the process of producing sugar. It comes in the thick and brownish black in color, which has low level of sweetness (not enough cost-effective to re-produce again). Molasses is the most valuable product that we can get from the process of producing sugar, which contain 20 of water, 30% of sucrose, 32% of Invert sugar, 12% of Non-sugar organic matter, and 6% of ash. In the amount of a ton of sugar cane, we can produce about 45-50 Kilograms of molasses. So the amount of the molasses each year will depend on the quantity of producing sugar from the sugar cane. Molasses is the product that can be used in many kinds of bio-chemical industries.
