1. MPF Series are pilot plant scale fermentors suitable for collecting scale- up date on pilot plant basis and also
used for small production.
2. The MPF can be modified for mammalian cell culture, plant cell culture and DNA recombinant with specially designed additional.
3. Eleven tank size are available( 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500 Liters and 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 m3 ) as standard model.
4. Sterilization by live steam injection in to vessel and passing through the jacket
5. Top or Bottom entry drive mechanical seal system are selected
6. Our process automatic system can handle the automatic of process such as sterilization, sampling, medium transfer and vessel washing.
7. MDIAC Control will meet various kinds of demand for measurement and control of culture condition computer coupling with the MDIAC enables intelligent control system construction.
