GENESIS can design, fabricate and supply the following types of industrial dryers: Tray Dryers Rotary Dryers Cyclone Dryers Cabinet Dryers Our tray dryers consist of a rigid angle iron frame covered with heavily insulated glass wool on all sides, internal finishing preventing heat losses from the dryer; and with mild steel sheet covering featuring a fresh air inlet and adjustable air outlet. Heating is done with electrical heaters/steam heaters or indirectly fired hot air generators to achieve and maintain temperature and cross flow air circulation. Rotary dryers are operated at almost atmospheric pressure consisting of M.S.Cylindrical shell, ranging in length from four to ten times its diameter. The hot air produced from the Hot Air Generator (direct or indirect) is injected into the dryer to achieve the required dryness of the material. The discharge end of the Rotary dryer consists of sealing arrangement Cyclone and Dust collectors.
