Chinese Sausage

Quality pork sliced, minced and pickled or mixed with pigment, then filled into small intestine of pork. The Chinese Sausage, tasting slight sweet and salty, has dark-red colour with size 8-9 inches long and 1 inch in diameter.The Thai-Esan Sausage, tasting typical Thai flavour of salty, sweet, sour and a little hot, has brown colour with size of 3 inches long and 1 inches in diameter.The Vienna Sausage, only tasting salt, has milky colour with size of 9 inches long and 0.5 inches diameter.
