Battery

In the substation there are many electrical equipment used for electricity supply, metering and controlling, the control system will be back up by the battery and battery charger especially when the main power supply is black out. The battery and battery charger shall supply electrical power to the substation's control circuit and emergency lightings. Major loads will be circuit breaker tripping and closing. Distribution will be made to the various loads throughout the station through standard circuit breaker distribution panel board.
